All sales are final. No returns may be processed or accepted unless A) product is broken in shipment, or B) wrong product is sent. In such case the bottle must be returned broken to us and an exchange will be made. Due to the interests of health and safety we are not able to accept exchanges or process refunds where the product seal has been broken or the product has been consumed by the customer.
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days, however you should find your items arrive sooner. We will notify you if products become out of stock or become unavailable for reasons beyond our control. Our order tracking system will send you an email when the order has been dispatched.
